A flexible week separates fixed anchors from practices that can move, then names a minimum version and preserves space for the week you cannot predict.
This is deliberately not an hourly scheduler. It creates a compact agreement with the week: what must happen, what you would like to make available, and what still counts when the original plan no longer fits.
01 / Build the week
Start with constraints, then add choices
Use short phrases. Empty rows disappear from the printable plan.
Two movable commitments, two open blocks
Add names to the movable practices to make the plan printable.
02 / Use the plan
Place movable practices later
Read the fixed anchors first. Then choose where one movable practice fits in the next few days rather than assigning the entire week at once. Open blocks are not failed planning; they are capacity reserved for reality.
For anchor ideas, read how to build a routine around events instead of clock times. If one practice keeps falling away, use the Routine Friction Map.
Method and limits
The builder uses four Welnific planning distinctions: fixed anchors, movable practices, minimum versions and open space. It does not schedule events, assess capacity or sync with a calendar. Times wanted are intentions, not targets or judgments. Entries are not transmitted or stored. Corrections: hello@welnific.com.
