Editorial standards

Useful ideas need honest limits.

These standards guide how Welnific chooses topics, distinguishes judgment from evidence, presents original frameworks and corrects material errors.

Purpose

We publish for the reader, not the content quota.

Every page must solve a recognizable everyday problem, add a useful distinction or offer a practical tool. We do not create near-duplicate pages for minor wording variations, inflate articles to reach a target length or make a claim stronger because it sounds more compelling.

Factual integrity

Externally verifiable claims require a source that directly supports the wording. Statistics, quotations, credentials and reported experiences are checked against their original record.

Original frameworks

Tools such as the wellness workload audit, anchor moments and the three-version routine are identified as Welnific editorial frameworks—not scientific measures or validated assessments.

Examples

Hypothetical examples are labeled or written so they cannot be mistaken for interviews, case studies or research findings. We do not invent participants or quotations.

Material updates

Publication and review dates change when a page receives a meaningful factual or structural update, not when punctuation changes.

Non-medical boundary

Everyday wellbeing is not medical care.

Welnific does not diagnose, prescribe or provide guidance about diseases, symptoms, treatments, supplements, dosages or clinical outcomes. We avoid promises that a sound, breath, movement or routine will treat a condition or produce a guaranteed biological result.

Our appropriate territory includes ordinary routines, attention, preference, time and decision burden, home environments, transitions, enjoyment and non-clinical reflection. When a subject depends on medical expertise, it does not belong in Welnific’s editorial scope.

Corrections

Tell us when something is wrong.

Send the page URL, the passage in question and any supporting source to hello@welnific.com. We review material concerns, correct confirmed errors promptly and update the page date when the change affects meaning.

Research and participation

Method before findings.

Original surveys, diaries, interviews and field tests will publish their recruitment approach, questions, sample limits and interpretation boundaries. A project page appears before any results are presented.
