What remains dependable?
Which events, places or relationships still provide a useful anchor when the clock changes?
Planned Welnific research
Real Days, Real Rhythms is a planned diary and interview project about what people keep, reduce, move, pause and restart when ordinary life changes shape.
Status
No findings, participant quotations or conclusions are being reported on this page. The purpose of publishing the project plan first is to make the intended questions and limits visible before recruitment begins.
The questions
Which events, places or relationships still provide a useful anchor when the clock changes?
Which setup, tracking, decisions or expectations make a practice harder to keep available?
How do people make a routine smaller, move it, share it or change its ending?
Which practices stop belonging, and what makes that decision feel complete?
Proposed method
The initial project is planned around short routine diaries followed by optional interviews. Recruitment criteria, participant count, diary prompts, attribution choices and analysis approach will be published before results. Participation will require explicit consent, and people will be able to choose whether their words are attributed, anonymized or not published.
The project is exploratory. It will not estimate population prevalence, test medical outcomes or prove that one routine design works for everyone.
Express interest
Emailing expresses interest only. It does not enroll you, collect a diary or grant permission to publish anything. Full project information and consent choices will come before participation.
