An Enough List is a boundary around the wellbeing practices currently asking for your time, money, preparation, attention and self-evaluation.

It does not ask you to design a perfect routine from scratch. It starts with what is already present: the walk, the tracker, the elaborate breakfast, the evening ritual, the class, the reminders and the rule you keep meaning to follow.

The useful question is not “Which habits are good?” It is “Which of these requests still belongs in my life in its current form?”

01 / Four honest choices

Keep, lighten, pause or release

Keep

The practice still feels chosen, and its full cost fits.

Lighten

The purpose matters, but a rule, step or recurring decision can go.

Pause

It may belong to another season. No restart date is required today.

Release

It no longer returns enough value to justify keeping it available.

“Keep” is not the winning category, and “release” is not failure. The list works only when each category is allowed to be complete.

02 / Your Enough List

Start with what is already asking

Name up to six practices, products, routines, targets or rules. Your choices stay on this page and are not submitted or stored.

03 / Review without rebuilding

Change the most expensive request first

Do not turn the finished list into another project. Pick the item whose time, setup, decisions or pressure most often spills into the rest of the day. One lighter rule can matter more than six new intentions.

If the cost is still hard to name, use the maintenance-cost test. If the practice belongs but its shape is too rigid, move to the flexible-routine guide.

A complete list can be short

You do not have to replace everything you remove.

Scope and method

The Enough List is a Welnific editorial decision tool for ordinary, non-medical wellbeing choices. It is not an assessment, score or recommendation about medical care. No result is calculated, transmitted or stored. Corrections: hello@welnific.com.
